The 4th Quarter vacancy rate increased 0.1% to 4.2% for 2023 and increased 0.2% from the vacancy rate of 4.0% for the 4th Quarter of 2022.
The Lake County market contains approximately 18 million square feet in 1,416 buildings of which Mentor accounts for approximately 7.9 million square feet (or 43% of the total). The Lake County market vacancy rate remained at 5.5%, and it has decreased 0.8% from the 6.3% rate of the 4th Quarter of 2022.
