TRAFFIC NOTICE: The westbound curb lane on Mentor Avenue between Hart Street and Center Street will be closed beginning Monday April 23 for approximately 1 week to install a storm water structure.
The curb lane will then remain closed during nighttime hours until the storm work is complete. Two way traffic will be maintained at all times.
UPDATE (4/26/18) – Due to an unforeseen conflict between a proposed storm sewer structure and an underground utility the current westbound curb lane closure will be extended through the middle of next week. In order to eliminate the utility conflict Aqua Ohio will be required to perform night work between the hours of 9 PM and 7 AM on Thursday April 26th. This nighttime work will minimize impacts to local residences and businesses during the relocation of the water main. The City of Mentor apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause.
