  1. RUNYON & SONS ROOFING & 8745 MUNSON ROAD LTD PROPERTIES, FOR
    8745 MUNSON ROAD, PP16-B-056-A-00-014-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.02(a)(2)(3) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 6-ft. chain link fence within the front setback in lieu of only 3-ft. decorative fences are permitted within the front setback in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District.
  2. STEPHEN RAE FOR 7754 CENTER STREET, PP16-A-010-C-00-009-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.01(a)(2) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a detached garage (484-sq.-ft.) at a 6-ft. side setback in lieu of accessory structures in excess of 125- sq.-ft. shall have a minimum 10-ft. setback from the side property line in the R-2, Single Family Residential District.
