Residents are advised that Mentor City Council Chambers are currently undergoing renovation. This renovation was scheduled during Council’s summer break in order to minimize impact on public business.
Upcoming Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting which are typically held in Council Chambers “may” be held in the Second-Floor Conference Room at the Mentor Municipal Center during various phases of construction. Notice will be posted on the city website as well as on signage inside the building the night of the meeting.
Planning Commission meetings will continue to be broadcast. Mentor Channel viewers may experience some intermittent lack of programming as the AV system is updated and reconfigured as part of the renovation.
Work is expected to be substantially complete when City Council returns to session in late August.
