A MEDICAL OFFICE AS A SIMILAR USE AT 8339 TYLER BOULEVARD, PP16-B-040-A-00-018-0 in the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing District by Building Blocks Therapy & Chelo Investment Partners, LLC.
