Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN ADULT DAY CARE AS A SIMILAR USE AT 7541 MENTOR AVENUE UNIT 6, PP16-B-031-A-00-018-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Abundance Day Center & Services & JUC Partnership.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL FACILITY (HOTWORX FITNESS STUDIO) AT 8020 BROADMOOR ROAD, PP16-A-001-F-00-004-0 in the B-2, General Business/R-2, Single Family Residential District by CMO Brands, LLC dba HOTWORX Mentor & REK Land Holdings, LLC.
