The Mentor Police Department extends an invitation to all persons who have an interest in a career in law enforcement to explore employment opportunities with the Mentor Police Department.

The City of Mentor is hiring for the position of Full-Time Police Officer with four openings currently available.

Candidates are required to complete National Testing Network’s Law Enforcement Frontline National exam to be considered for the eligibility list at www.nationaltestingnetwork.com.  Test scores will be accepted from exams taken only between March 4, 2023 and March 4, 2024.  Application acceptance opens Monday, February 5, 2024.  Deadline for submission is Monday, March 4, 2024.
