The city of Mentor is proposing to resurface Heisley Road between Hendricks Road and SR-2.  The project is scheduled to begin in August and will continue through November 2023. Two-way traffic will be maintained via daily lane closures.

$1.125 million of the $1.4 million estimated budget is being provided through the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency designated pavement preservation funds.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by ODOT and Mentor pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.
