The City of Mentor welcomes Burrito Loco to their new location at the food court inside Great Lakes Mall’s.
Burrito Loco is a high-quality and quick-service Mexican eatery with a great variety of freshly-made foods to choose from.
Since opening in October 2017, sales have already matched that of their original location which has been in operation for four years in Mentor-on-the-Lake.
Owners, Trish and Jeff Spring, couldn’t be happier and look forward to continued success as their brand expands into other locations.
When the Great Lakes Mall contacted the Springs, they knew it was an opportunity they couldn’t pass up.
Both Trish and Jeff had previously pursued different careers — Trish, as a realtor, and Jeff, as an insurance agent — but after taking the plunge into the restaurant business, they were finally passionate about going to work every day.
“We like the work and the rewards, but most of all, we love the people. Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities,” says Trish Spring.
