Jamie Williams loves technology. In fact, he knew early on in his career that he wanted to work with technology for the rest of his life. He’s spent the past two decades building, troubleshooting, and repairing computers and other electronic devices. Williams was a member of JACK Cleveland Casino’s IT team before taking the leap and achieving his dream of opening his own business with his wife, Sarah.
Swish Techs provides a wide range of IT services and repairs including everything from data-backup to screen replacements. They are also an authorized bill payment center that offers pre-paid cellular services as well as various electronic accessories. The one-stop-shop provides on and off-site repair as well as 24/7 support. Consultations are free. Repair services are flat rate with additional cost for parts.
Becoming a part of the growing Mentor community and spending quality time with his family were two major influences on his decision to open their business. In their free time, Jamie and Sarah love utilizing Mentor parks and facilities with their four children.
