PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on December 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 8820 EAST AVENUE, PP16-B-055-A-00-020-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Mentor Baseball League & 8820 East Avenue, LLC.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 8812 TYLER BOULEVARD, PP16-B-056-E-00-007-0 in the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing District by Boxing 2 Inspire, LLC & Michael Androus Properties, LLC.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SCHOOL AT 8812 TYLER BOULEVARD, PP16-B-056-E-00-007-0 in the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing District by Boxing 2 Inspire, LLC & Michael Androus Properties, LLC.
