PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN EVENT CENTER AS A SIMILAR USE AT 8492 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-A-012-J-00-005-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Elegant Experience Event Center & Brunner Sanden Deitrick, LLC.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A CAR WASH EXPANSION (PATRIOT CAR WASH) AT 8020 BROADMOOR ROAD, PP16-A-001-F-00-004-0 in the B-2, General Business/R-4, Single Family Residential Districts by Third Street Partners & REK Land Holdings, LLC.
