PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 18, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN AUTOMOBILE REPAIR SHOP AT 8621 STATION STREET, PP16-B-052-H-00-001-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by David A. Covelli & MGDC Properties, LLC.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED BUFFER ADJACENT TO THE R-2, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AT 8505 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-041-0-00-001-0 in the B-2, General Business District by KG Real Estate Mentor, LLC.
