Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on February 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PERSONAL CARE SERVICES AS A SIMILAR USE AT 8500 STATION STREET, SUITE 285 PP16-B-039-A-00-013,026-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by The Helicopter Daughter, LLC. & Matchworks of Mentor, LLC.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OUTDOOR STORAGE FACILITY AS A SIMILAR USE AT 7123 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-028-0-00-013, 014, 015-0 in the B-2, General Business District & the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Econo Store & Areolas, LLC.
