PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED BUFFER ADJACENT TO THE R-2 AND R-4 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS AT 6883 REYNOLDS ROAD, PP16-C-073-0-00-015,016-0 in the R-4, Single Family Residential District by Grace Church of Mentor Ohio.
