Notice is hereby given that Mentor City Council will hold public hearings on the 16th day of June 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Blvd, Mentor, Ohio to consider the following:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MENTOR, 2006, AS AMENDED, AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY REZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 14.5 ACRES OF LAND FROM R-4 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO RVG VILLAGE GREEN DISTRICT AT MALLARD COURT.
Copies of the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission rezoning recommendation letter and the Mentor City Council proposed ordinance regarding the rezoning are on file with the Clerk of Council of the City of Mentor.
