NOTICE OF WITHDRAWL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Mentor shall conduct a Public Hearing on the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a recreational facility at 7420 Clover Avenue, PP16-B-031-D-03-023-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by FabFive Fields & 420 Clover Avenue, LLC. Said hearing will take place at 7:00 p.m. on September 01, 2026 at the Mentor Municipal Center, 3rd Floor Council Chambers at 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio 44060.
