The Mentor Senior Center will host a “Preparing for Emergencies” presentation offered by the Lake County EMA in the Cardinal Room on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
Do you know what you need to do to be prepared in the event of an emergency? Lake County EMA Director Joe Busher and Deputy Director Joseph Hum will discuss the plans and ways of notification that Lake County has in place.
This open forum discussion will also cover how you can prepare should an emergency happen that affects you. After the discussion, Lake County EMA staff will be on hand to assist residents with signing up for the Lake County EMA’s WENS (Wireless Emergency Notification System).
