KURT RANEY & JAMES & VICTORIA RANEY FOR 5419 LORREY PLACE, PP16-D-109-B-00-011-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 10-ft. side building setback in lieu of the requirement that the side building setback shall be 15-ft. for lots in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.
MIKE’S HOME IMPROVEMENT & RAY & AUDREY BUCHINA FOR 7244 HODGSON ROAD, PP16-C-069-B-00-008-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1157.15(b)(1) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a front porch at a depth of five (5)-ft. in lieu of the requirement that the maximum building projection for entrance building features (no enclosure) in the required front yard is four (4)-ft. in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.

INNOVATIVE STRUCTURES LTD FOR 8551 HOYT COURT, PP16-B-046-A-00-016-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1157.09 of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for the construction of a new home with side yard setbacks of five (5)-ft. for a sum total of 10-ft. in lieu of the requirement that existing lots less than 80-ft. in width shall have combined side setbacks of no less than 15-ft. in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.
