RSA ARCHITECTS & ROBERT & ELIZABETH HARTING FOR 5552 ANACONDA AVENUE, PP16-D-096-A-00-057-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1139.05 of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a home addition at a 24.8-ft. rear setback in lieu of the minimum required 27.5-ft. in the R-2, Single Family Residential District.
