ADVANCED SIGNS & LIGHTING & H1S1 INVESTMENTS, LLC FOR 5675 EMERALD COURT, PP16-B-066-A-00-011-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1171.18(e)(1)(5) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for 157.8-sq.-ft. of total wall signage in lieu of the maximum allowable wall sign area of 91.5-sq.-ft. based off the building frontage and to allow for two (2) 52.6-sq.-ft. side wall signs in lieu of the 40-sq.-ft maximum area permitted for side wall signs in the B-2, General Business District.
