APPROVAL OF MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 12, 2024
OLD BUSINESS
1. THOMAS PAUL & JOHN & STACEY CADDEL FOR 6305 TALL OAKS DRIVE, PP16-C-080-B-00-057-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.01(a)(3)(b)(3)(4) & Sec. 1157.11 of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 1,224-sq-ft. detached garage at a 5-ft. rear yard setback and a total lot coverage of 33.95% in lieu of detached garages in excess of 576-sq.-ft. be setback a minimum of 20-ft. from the rear property line, shall not to exceed the maximum allowable garage area of 576-sq.-ft., and shall not exceed a total lot coverage of 30% in the R-2, Single Family Residential District.
NEW BUSINESS
2. NICOLE CANTRELL FOR 5684 LOUISE DRIVE, PP16-D-102-C-00-032-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.02(a)(2)(3) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 6-ft. privacy fence within the side setback on a corner lot in lieu of only 4-ft. fences are permitted at a 10-ft side setback abutting a side street in the R-4, Single Family Residential District.
3. KYLE SKINNER & NICOLE REMESIK FOR 9002 MOUNTAIN VIEW DRIVE, PP16-A-016-C-00-034-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(e) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a home addition at a 66.9-ft. front setback in lieu of the 75-ft. front setback required in the R-5, Single Family Residential District.
