Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 8642 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-A-012-G-00-004-0 & 16-A-018-C-00-012-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Purple Lotus Yoga Studio & Petronzio Management Company, LLC.
