PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 22, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 8824 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-A-018-0-00-013-0 in the B-2, General Business District by The Body Shop of Mentor & John & Mary Robert, LLC.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 9134 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-A-019-0-00-012-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Fitworks Holding, LLC & T Mentor Commons OH, LLC.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 7252 INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD, UNIT A, PP16-B-029-A-00-004-0 in the MIP, Industrial Park District by King of the Mat Combat Training Center & Mentor Industrial Building II LTD.
The Commission will also continue the Public Hearing for:
FORMAL REZONING OF 12.7-ACRES FROM R-4, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-10 MULTI-FAMILY AT 8245 DEEPWOOD BOULEVARD, PP16-A-005-0-00-004-0 by William Dawson & 8245 Deepwood, LLC.
