FOR 8745 MUNSON ROAD, PP16-B-056-A-00-014-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.02(a)(2)(3) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 6-ft. chain link fence within the front setback in lieu of only 3-ft. decorative fences are permitted within the front setback in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District.
