Request for Qualifications will be received at the Finance Department, 2nd Floor, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060 no later than 12:00 pm on April 21, 2023 for the following:
HOUSING STUDY AND NEEDS ANALYSIS
Project Description: Preparation of a Housing Study and Needs Analysis that will evaluate Mentor’s housing market and identify gaps in our existing housing stock. General work elements to include: resident survey; interviews; demographic and psychographic analysis; housing inventory; zoning/policy review; housing trends; strategies and recommendations.
Statement of Qualifications (minimum requirements):
- Company profile, number of staff, resumes, and business location
- Company experience with relevant projects
- References for similar projects
- Description of any awards or professional recognitions
- Estimated timeline for project completion
- Estimated cost of services
- Cover letter with introduction, recommended approach to project, and understanding of services
- Submit two (2) printed sets of qualification and one (1) electronic copy
