The CITY OF MENTOR will receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Office, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060, until NOON (local time) on June 30, 2015 for:
ROAD REPAIR MATERIALS
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided on website or Request for Proposal packets will be available for the cost of printing at the Purchasing Office. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the website.
