Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on  January 26, 2018 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

2018 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST:

CONTRACT A – $900,000.00

  • ALTERNATE 1 – $78,500.00
  • ALTERNATE 2 – $134,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:  August 18, 2018

 CONTRACT B – $275,000.00

  • ALTERNATE 1 – $31,700.00
  • ALTERNATE 2 – $87,500.00
  • ALTERNATE 3 – $26,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:  August 18, 2018

Bids must be in accordance and with specifications and on forms provided here or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
