Attention Mentor Lagoons Marina Boaters,
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we went through the arduous task of putting the Marina on a computerized system for the 2019 season. In an effort to make everything fair and consistent for our boaters, we are moving from a range-based fee structure to a boat length structure for Floating Docks and Racks. You may see a slight change in your overall rates for the 2019 season; however, we tried to keep rates as close to last year’s as possible for the majority of our boaters.
During this transition process, we also tried to clean up the rates by making everything an even dollar amount. We feel this change will make it much easier for boaters and staff. Please see the attached 2019 Season Rate Sheet to view the rates.
We will start accepting dock and rack deposits for the 2019 boating season on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. The $200.00 non-refundable deposit is due by March 18, 2019 to hold your dock and or rack for the 2019 boating season. New this season, we will only be taking one deposit and the final payment will be due by May 1, 2019.
All dock modifications, improvements and general dock appearance must be in conformance before a deposit can be accepted.
Payments must be made in person at the Marina office or over the phone (440-205-3625), Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We will accept checks (payable to the City of Mentor), Visa, MasterCard or DISCOVER. Please have your Ohio Registration Number and Boat Insurance Number available at the time of registration.
