The City of Mentor is now accepting applications for Community Development Block Grant funded projects for the program period of October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
The total Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds available to the City of Mentor for Program Year (PY) 2026 will be approximately $160,000.00.
Federal regulations require all projects benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) persons, aid in the elimination of slums and blight, or meet community needs having a particular urgency because existing conditions pose an immediate threat to public health or welfare.
Applications must be received by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 4, 2026.
