If you are a homeowner who has experienced a COVID hardship, assistance is available through Lifeline. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) through Community Action is launching a new program that will benefit people with higher income levels. A family of one can make $103,000 yearly and still qualify for assistance.
Assistance is available for:
- Property Taxes
- Homeowner Fees (homeowner, flood and mortgage insurance, HOA fees or a lien, condo fees)
- Utilities (water, sewer, trash, broadband internet service and disconnect and reconnect fees)
