Mentor residents are advised that Mentor Dispatch is moving to Lake County Central due to an issue with the onsite backup generator. 911 calls will be processed seamlessly but please note that when you call, you will be greeted with “Lake County Dispatch” instead of “Mentor Dispatch”.
Non-emergency dispatch calls should be made to 440-354-3434 until further notice.
We will advise when the generator issue has been resolved or power is restored to the main campus.
