Mentor Municipal Center

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City of Mentor, Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor Ohio 44060, until 10:30 a.m. July 21, 2025, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:

MENTOR CIVIC CENTER POOL- BUILDING REPLACEMENT

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $5,600,000

 

Probable cost of construction contains all Base Bid items only. Awards will be made based on Base Bid Items only.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for prospective BIDDERS on July 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the project location located at 8600 Munson Road, Mentor, Ohio 44060. All work under this contract shall be completed within 250 Days of Notice to Proceed.

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from Northeast Blueprint, 1230 East 286th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44132 at a cost of Two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($225.00) plus shipping.  Payment for Bidder’s Packages will not be refunded.

The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list addenda, and other bid information may be obtained at www.neblueplanroom.com.  Prospective BIDDERS may address written inquiries to Carlos Rojas via email at [email protected].

The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the website.
