PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A MEDICAL OFFICE AS A SIMILAR USE AT 7594 ST. CLAIR AVENUE, PP16-B-031-D-02-019-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Lake Erie Acupuncture & Surreality, LLC.
