Aerial photo of Mentor HeadlandsA Letter to Belle Meadow Residents

As we draw closer to the completion of this project, we will soon be replacing curbs and driveway aprons, followed by asphalt paving.  During this phase of construction, you will be unable to access your driveway for up to two weeks.

Beginning Wednesday, October 7th JTO, Inc. will be installing curbs and aprons on the east side of Belle Meadow.

On the day of the concrete pour of the curb we ask that no parking occur on street while the concrete trucks and workers are present.  Following that work we ask that you park on the opposite side of Belle Meadow while the concrete curb cures and aprons are placed.  Alternately, consider asking a neighbor across the street if you can share their driveway or lawn.

As a reminder, on your garbage pickup day, please place your bin as close to the road as possible.  The contractor’s crew will move and return the bins to this location to allow for collection during this work.

If you have questions during normal working hours, please do not hesitate to call Allen Pennington (City of Mentor) at (440) 974-5786, Eric Haibach (CT Consultants) at (440) 530-2387 (office) or JTO, Inc.
