DAVID & SHARON SOHL FOR 5701 LOUISE DRIVE, PP16-D-102-C-00-019-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.01(a)(1) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for an accessory building (70-sq. ft.) at a two (2)-ft. side setback in lieu of the requirement that accessory buildings 125 sq. ft. or less in area be setback a minimum of five (5)-ft. from the side property line in the R-4, Single Family Residential District.
