Dear residents,
As we draw closer to the completion of the Brooksdale Road reconstruction project, we will soon be replacing curbs and driveway aprons, followed by asphalt paving. During this phase of construction, affected residents will be unable to access their driveway for up to two weeks.
Beginning Tuesday, September 13th, JTO, Inc. will be installing curbs and aprons on the West side of Brooksdale Road. When the curbs and aprons are completed on the West side we will then shift to the East side of the road.
On the day of the concrete pour of the curb we ask that no parking occur on the street while the concrete trucks and workers are present. Following that work, we ask that residents park on the opposite side of Brooksdale Road while the concrete curb cures and aprons are placed. Alternately, consider asking a neighbor across the street if you can share their driveway or lawn and then when their side is being completed, you can return the favor!
As a reminder, on your garbage pickup day, please place your bin as close to the road as possible. The contractor’s crew will move and return the bins to this location to allow for collection during this work.
