Affected residents are advised that due to the significant rainfall we have experienced during the last few days, grading and paving of Brooksdale Road has been delayed. As of today (Friday, October 21, 2022), paving has been rescheduled to Monday and Tuesday of next week (October 24 and October 25). You can park on Brooksdale Road over the weekend.
On Monday morning, all cars will need to be off the road by 7:00 am for the asphalt paving contractor to install the first layer. If a car is not moved, it will be towed at the resident’s expense. Residents will have access to their driveway on Monday, at the end of the workday. On Tuesday morning, cars will need to off the road by 7:00 AM to install the top layer of asphalt.
