A first-dose COVID-19 vaccine clinic has been scheduled on May 15, 2021 at Lakeland Community College. Clinics are by appointment only; walk-ins are not able to be accepted. At this time, only those 18+ should register for this clinic, as availability of the Pfizer vaccine is currently unknown. Second doses for this clinic are Saturday, June 12, 2021. Please make sure you are available for the second dose before booking your first dose appointment.
In order to register, you will need an Armorvax account. Once your account is created, log in and search for providers by clicking the “schedule appointment” link, select the patient’s name, and search by city/state/zip code (for this clinic, search Kirtland, OH 44094, or you may find it with your zip code if you are within the set radius). Select Lakeland Community College, and then select May 15, 2021 to schedule an open time.
