Ohio Spectrum customers that have recently upgraded their legacy set-top box to a new digital box, app, or Xumo streaming device, are currently unable to view PEG (public, educational, and government) channels. Spectrum is working on converting these channels so they are available over the app later this year. In the meantime, customers who wish to view the Mentor Channel are able to request and receive a traditional set-top box from Spectrum, or download the Mentor Channel app for ROKU, Fire, Apple, and Android devices, from www.thementorchannel.com.
