The Jackson Street Resurfacing Project is expected to begin on Monday, September 26, 2017. The Project will primarily consist of milling/removal of the existing asphalt/concrete pavement surface with new asphalt paving to follow shortly thereafter. All work is scheduled for completion by October 30, 2016.
Traffic will be maintained at all times, however; reasonable delays can be expected. Please obey all signage and traffic patterns during these operations.
The work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. During construction, Chagrin Valley Paving will maintain two-way traffic and access to drives may be limited at times, but access will be restored at the end of each day. Individual resident notices will be provided at least 24 hours prior when there will be a direct impact to their drive access.
