The CITY OF MENTOR will receive sealed proposals at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on February 14, 2014 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

 2014 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST:

CONTRACT A – $890,000.00

ALTERNATE A – $130,000.00

ALTERNATE B – $90,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:  August 29, 2014

CONTRACT B – $260,000.00

ALTERNATE A – $69,000.00

ALTERNATE B – $68,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:   August 29, 2014

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided here or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for $16.00.  Bidders shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the website.
