Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on February 6, 2015  and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

2015 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: CONTRACT A – $740,000.00

ALTERNATE 1 – $40,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:    8/28/2015

CONTRACT B – $410,000.00

ALTERNATE 1 – $140,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:   8/28/2015

Bids must be in accordance with specifications advertised and on forms provided on website or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. Kenneth J. Filipiak, City Manager
