Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 NOON on August 23, 2019 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following parking lot resurfacing project:

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST:
PART A – $58,000
PART B – $17,170
PART C – (ALTERNATE) $48,592
COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 31, 2019
Bids must be in accordance with specifications advertised on forms here or Requests For Proposals (RFP’s) will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site.
