Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until noon on January 22, 2021 and will be opened and read
immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

CONTRACT A – $970,000.00

  • ALTERNATE 1 – $112,000.00
  • ALTERNATE 2 – $375,000.00

INTERIM COMPLETION DATE:   6/18/2021
COMPLETION DATE:   8/20/2021

CONTRACT B – $417,000.00

  • ALTERNATE 1 – $45,000.00
  • ALTERNATE 2 – $33,000.00
  • ALTERNATE 3 – $35,000.00
  • ALTERNATE 4 – $105,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:   8/20/2021

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
