Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on January 13, 2023  and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

ALTERNATE 1 – $35,200.00
ALTERNATE 2 – $87,000.00
ALTERNATE 3 – $52,500.00
ALTERNATE 4 – $157,500.00
COMPLETION DATE:  8/25/2023

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be  responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
