Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard Mentor OH until 11:00 A.M. on June 7, 2024 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

BASE BID – 618,000.00
ALTERNATE 1 – $80,228.00
ALTERNATE 2 – 75,000.00
ALTERNATE 3 – $160,000.00
COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 30, 2024
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
