Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 11:00 am on February 24, 2025 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

BASE BID – $900,000.00
ALTERNATE 1 – $58,700.00
ALTERNATE 2 – $53,250.00
ALTERNATE 3 – $52,400.00
COMPLETION DATE: 8/29/2025
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided BELOW, or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
