The CITY OF MENTOR will receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Department, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060, until NOON (local time) on September 13, 2019 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below or Request For Proposal (RFP) will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
