LEGAL NOTICE: Design and Build: Floating Docks Located at the Mentor Lagoons Marina

The CITY OF MENTOR will receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Office, 2^nd Floor, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060, until NOON (local time) on Monday, February 13, 2023 and will be opened at 1^st Floor Conference Room and read immediately thereafter:

Design and Build of up to 25 Double Slip Floating Docks Located at the Mentor Lagoons Marina

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled on February 7, 2023 at 11:00 am, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Blvd, Mentor, Ohio 44060, 1^st Floor Conference Room.  Bidders shall examine the site and local conditions prior.

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site.
